NBC has infringed upon bijijoo's copyrighted work by including a scene in "30 Rock" Episode 510 entitled "Christmas Attack Zone" wherein the character Avery Jessup (i.e., actress Elizabeth Banks) holds a ham. Correspondence with the intellectual property department at NBC regarding this matter is shown below.

February 21, 2011: The following letter was sent to the NBC law department in reponse to NBC's copyright infringement of Bijijoo's copyrighted body of images of personages holding hams.

April 12, 2011: NBC failed to respond to my very reasonable demands outlined in the letter dated February 21, 2011. The following follow-up Letter was sent to the NBC law department on April 12, 2011.

May 5, 2011: NBC sent the following response to the letters of February 21, 2011 and April 12, 2011. Unfortunately, NBC declined my offer to create and send a portrait of Tina Fey holding a ham; however, I made the painting anyway.

June 24, 2011: The following letter was sent to NBC in response to their letter of May 5, 2011.

September 16, 2011: NBC ignored my letter of June 24, 2011. The following follow-up letter was sent to NBC.

September 22, 2011: NBC has been repeatedly notified of their infringing actions. Further, NBC has notified at least one producer of 30 Rock of the infringement (they accidentally let me know who was bcc'ed in their letter of May 5, 2011). Nevertheless, in light of all this, NBC continues to infringe on bijijoo's copyrighted work. In particular, in NBC's Community Season 3, Episode 1 "Biology 101"
which aired on September 22, 2011, the character Ben Chang (Ken Jeong) holds a ham.

September 26, 2011: NBC sent the following response to the letters of June 24, 2011 and September 16, 2011.
